Ingredients

raisins
or sultanas

tbsp
coconut flour

tbsp
shredded coconut
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Soak raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes then drain.
Blitz raisins into a paste in food processor.
Add all remaining ingredients and blitz until combined and smooth.
Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
Roll into 6 balls and set and place in the fridge to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
