The day of my wedding (107kgs) VS today (89kgs). It’s been almost 3yrs since I’ve started my Healthy Mummy journey and in total, i’ve lost 26kgs, with still a lot more to go. ⁠

I’ve hit a stop and I seem to be maintaining around the 89 marker. But what the scales are saying isn’t important to me. What is more important to me is that I can still breathe a lot easier. I don’t have that heavy chest feeling. I can walk properly without slouching and a lot faster. I can bend and pick things up with ease now, without having a huge belly bulge interfering. I don’t feel heavy anymore. I can dance a lot easier, and quicker! I can run around after my 3 children. I feel happier and healthier within myself - mentally, emotionally, and physically!" ⁠
