For every $20 you spend we will reward you with 1 Healthy Mummy point.  All products in the shop are eligible for earning points, including the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge so you will also earn points for each renewal.

When you accumulate 100 points, you can get $2 off your next order. The more points you have, the bigger your discount.

To redeem your discount using your points,  just select the number of points you are using at checkout for that purchase and hit apply.

All you have to do is log in, go shopping and start earning! It’s that easy!

How do I redeem my Healthy Mummy Reward Points?

When you are in the Shopping Cart there will be a prompt inviting you to use your points for a discount on your order. 

Click Apply, and then once you have entered the number of points you would like to redeem, click the Pink Apply button.

Please note the minimum number of points you can redeem at any time is 100.  Points can only be redeemed on purchases in excess of $50.

How do I check my reward points?

Can I spend some of my rewards points now, and the rest later?

Yes, you can choose how many of your points you want to use at any one time however the minimum number of points you can redeem at any point is 100.

I forgot to sign in before ordering. Can I still get points?

Yes, simply submit a ticket and we’ll add them for you manually.

Can I use points and a discount code at the same time?

Yes you can use points and a discount code at the same time in a transaction!

I forgot to use my reward points, can you refund me?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund you for any Reward Points that were not applied to an order.  As the Reward Points continue to accumulate, it is impossible for us to remove these from your account. You have 12 months to redeem your points so you can definitely use them towards your next order, or keep accumulating them!

Do my reward points ever expire?

Yes, they will expire after 12 months.
