Megan says, “Do you know what my husband constantly says to me at the moment?! I can’t believe how brown your arms and shoulders are. I didn’t know you could tan.
From being the person who sat on the couch and lazed around. Who was just active when her husband wanted to be as he is an active person.
Fast forward. I’m now begging to go for walks and be outside and go do something. I want to be out there living life and enjoying the sunshine.
My favourite part of my day is when my 3-year-old says to me is it time to do your exercise? Good job Mummy you’re big and strong.
