Dani Stormont has lost 24.7 kgs

Dani says, “I finally found an old photo which I actually posed for (awkwardly!). I remember feeling so uncomfortable, but I just bought a new car so was super excited haha. That was then, flash forward – this in now.87kg down to 62.3kg, Size 16 – 14 to a size 10 – 8. Thanks to the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, I have learnt to love my body again, make healthier food and lifestyle choices and have the energy to keep up with my kids! I still have that pink jumper! Looks a lot different on now, will have to find it.

Believe you can and you will.

And my advice, take before photos! As difficult as it may be at the time, you will not regret it! I regret not taking before photos. I was scared of what the camera showed me so hid from it. No more hiding.”

Alicia Franklin has learnt the art of self love

Alicia says, “As my Healthy Mummy journey continues there are so many ups and downs, challenges that come with life and that of being a busy mum to three kids.

Tawhai says, “Before finding The Healthy Mummy I didn’t really exercise much at all. On and off I would start the gym but never stick to it.

When I did my first fitness test and the first lot of 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge Exercises, I was sore for three days and there were some I just couldn’t do at 115kgs. But slowly I improved even though they don’t take long they worked up a sweat and I felt myself getting stronger.

I also started walking as well plus following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge Meal Plans. It was all a great foundation for me!Then I started trying new things as my confidence improved and my weight went down so trying to run on and off, boot camps etc and this year I started Pole Fitness which was way out of my comfort zone but has been so much fun and great exercise. I did a pole photoshoot on the weekend, again so out of my comfort zone but I had a blast!”
