Sophie Roberts wanted to get healthy and look good for herself, so joined The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

Reaching goals

Sophie says that she has been overweight for most of her life. “At my largest, I was 110 kgs. I managed to lose a fair amount of weight on my own before falling pregnant with my second child.” 

Embarking on The Healthy Mummy journey

Sophie says that after the birth of her second child, she wanted to lose the weight and feel better about herself once and for all. She says, “I want to get healthy and look good!” 

“I joined The Healthy Mummy about a year ago as a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member and using the smoothies for breakfast.”

She says she saw a change in just two months and loves The Healthy Mummy.

Sophie says she has slowly been chipping away at her weight. She is focussing on her food intake and is 10kg down in four months.

“I’m currently 77 kgs and well on my way to my goal.”
