1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies And Cream 

1 Chocolate Peanut butter cookies and cream smoothie

We had you at peanut butter, didn’t we?

Ingredients

  • 250 skim milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of cacao
  • 10 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients and blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into glass top with cacao nibs and chopped oven roasted peanuts (optional)
  • 305 calories without toppings.

2. Hazelnut Cookies And Cream Smoothie 

2 Hazelnut cookies and cream

Bring on the festive flavours with hazelnuts and cacao.

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 medjool date
  • 8 ice cubes
  • Coco2 and one chopped hazelnut for decoration

Method

  • Add all ingredients except Coco2 and hazelnut to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Decorate to serve.
  • 300 calories

3. Choc Chip Cookies And Cream Protein Ice Cream

3 Choc chip cookies and cream protein icecream

Tasty ice cream with a kick of protein. Perfect for a sweet afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 125ml full fat milk
  • 20 grams natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy protein powder
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, to decorate

Method

  • Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to a blender and blend for 1 minute add ingredients to an ice tray and freeze over night.
  • In the morning add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend till it becomes soft serve consistency.
  • Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with the cacao nibs.
  • 335 calories

4. Ginger Nut Cookies And Cream Smoothie

Make these Healthier Gingerbread Men with the kids and then keep some aside!

Ingredients

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 of a healthy mummy gingerbread man crumbled on the top (optional)
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients except the ginger bread man to your blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Pour into glass and top with crumbled ginger bread man.
  • 220 calories with out ginger bread man
  • 270 with ginger bread man

5. Choc Cherry And Coconut Cookies And Cream Smoothie 

5 Choc cherry and coconut cookies and cream

Make the most of in-season cherries with this gorgeous smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 10 fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, plus extra to decorate
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 10 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients except for one cherry to the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a glass and serve with the extra cherry and a little coconut sprinkled on top.
  • 326 calories

6. Candy Cane Cookies And Cream

The kids will be eyeing this one up, so best to enjoy first thing.

Ingredients

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 2 drops peppermint essence
  • 1 big handful baby spinach
  • 1 tsp natural 100’s and 1000’s, to decorate
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients except 100’s and 1000’s to blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Pour into glass and sprinkle 100’s and 1000’s.
  • 297 calories

7. Banana And Almond Cookies And Cream Smoothie

Fruit and nuts work so well with cookies and cream, it’s a party in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp almond meal, plus extra to decorate
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1/4 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, to decorate

Method

  • Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Pour into glass sprinkle with a little extra almond meal and the cacao nibs.
  • 214 calories

8. Salted Caramel Cookies And Cream Smoothie

Nothing says goooooood morning like a salted caramel treat.

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, caramel flavour
  • 1/2 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao
  • 3 mini pretzels, crushed
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients to blender except for pretzels and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Pour into glass and decorated with crushed pretzels.
  • 255 calories

9. Triple Chocolate Cookies And Cream

9 Triple chocolate cookies and cream smoothies

We say yes to all the chocolate, all the time.

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 3 macadamia nuts
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, to decorate
  • 1 square 70% dark chocolate, to decorate
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients except the cacao nibs and square of chocolate to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes. While blending melt the dark chocolate.
  • Pour into glass and drizzle with dark chocolate and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
  • 330 calories
10 Chocolate chip cookie dough


Cream cheese adds a lovely roundness to the flavour of this yummy smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 15g dark chocolate chips
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Keep 5 chocolate chips for decoration. Add all other ingredients to blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • While blending chop the chocolate chips into small pieces. Pour into glass and decorate with chocolate chips.
  • 276 calories

11. Coffee Cookies And Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tsp freeze dried coffee
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 tsp cacao nibs and a little coffee, for decoration.
