“I’ve really mixed up my workouts using a combination of all the amazing workouts available in the Challenge app plus incorporated my gym sessions and I am finally gaining some muscle and definition in my body.

Jacoby says her fitness has majorly improved even after having four weeks off due to an injury.
She says, “I’ve noticed how much easier it is to get my body back to where it was before. I’m feeling on track to being comfortable and confident in summer in figure hugging dresses and my ultimate goal is a swimsuit.
“I’ve learnt to remember to plan ahead for outings – taking snacks and meals along to stay on track, I used to fail a lot with this but October I have been on point!”

Jacoby’s top tips for November:

  1. Remember your why, find your WHY AM I DOING THIS and build on it.
  2. Always have a water bottle with you.
  3. Stop snacking on the kids meals if they don’t eat healthy mummy meals! It’s extra calories that isn’t needed in your day!
“My November goal is more gym strength training to get lifting heavier and keep using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge exercise to mix up my training,” she says.
