It’s been nearly four years between these pictures. Stephanie’s also had two more children in that time as well, and she’s lost 19kgs and gone from a tight size 16 to a comfortable size 8.

She’s also gained a bucketload of self confidence, enjoys exercising and believes she can do ANYTHING, you go girl!

Stephanie says, “Most importantly, I have a purpose in life, which is helping other women lose weight and find their happy place.”
