Alexandra has lost 32 kilos in under 2 years!

Alexandra Forrest has been following The Healthy Mummy for almost 2 years and has lost a whopping 32 kilos!

I started the Healthy Mummy in just under 2 years ago, which was 6 months after giving birth to my second baby. It gave me all the tools I needed to make the lifestyle changes I needed to make.”

Alexandra had already made significant changes to her lifestyle with plenty of weight loss success, but then with Covid came a lot of other challenges that could have disrupted her goals.

She says, “I’m not active during the day now like before as I’m working from home.”

“However I have been going to the gym every day sometimes twice or I do a workout at home. I’m feeling much better physically and mentally when I exercise and eat right, I plan my meals most of the time because if I don’t I end up eating the same all the time and I get bored.”

Alexandra’s Healthy Lifestyle

“I eat porridge for my breakfast every morning but I do mix it up. I eat two snacks and I’m making a lot of high protein recipes from the Healthy Mummy App as I’m weight training in the gym.

And I also love the workouts with the weights in the app.”
