Kerri Colautti looks fantastic after dropping THREE dress sizes!

The top in the photo on the left is a size 3XL and the top in photo on the right is a L – and she’s lost the weight since signing up to 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. What an achievement!

The Victoria-based mum admits, “Five months ago, the top on the left was being to become really tight.

“I’ve been putting off trying the other, but this morning I just did and it fitted, still a bit tight for me as I normally wear my tops loose, but I am wearing the size L out in public and feeling fantastic.”

Kerri, says while she feels she’s still got a way to go, this achievement has helped her feel more motivated.

I have battled with my weight ever since I can remember. I joined The Healthy Mummy in November 2019.”

“I was going well on it but then I rolled my foot in the garden and ended up on crutches. The pandemic then hit and I lost my momentum and put the weight back on.”

Starting again

Kerri reveals that she then turned to a personal trainer for help and began doing four sessions a week. She was then able to lose 7kg, drop a dress size in her jeans and drop three dress sizes in her tops.”

“On top of the personal training sessions, I also do some THM videos, I love the ones with weights and resistance bands.”

The mum-of-one reveals working out and meditating has also helped with her depression and anxiety.

Kerri says that the reason she thinks this way of living works for her is because it’s not a fad diet.

It’s taught me that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. I also have realistic goals, small ones that are attainable,” she says.

“Most of all, if I have a bad eating day – and honestly we all have days like this – I don’t give up I am gentle on myself as tomorrow is a new day.”

“I know my journey is far from over, but I take it one day at a time. For me scales are only a small part of my journey.”
