Mum of two, Nanga has her hands full running after two young boys all day. However busy as she is, she always makes time for her health.
There are 15 months between this before and after progression photo, and she’s 14kg down.
“I started at 90kg and am now 76kg feeling happy, healthy and feeling fabulous,” said Nanga.
Nanga’s weight loss journey
“The best thing about the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is that you can choose and pick everything from meals to exercises,” Nanga said.
She meal preps once a week and makes up big batches of food and snacks, which makes it easier for Nanga to grab on the go.
“I try to go for a walk every day and do four days of Challenge exercises but would love to up my days I workout,” she says.
The exercise sure is working as Nanga has gone from a size 20 to a size 12.
“My weight at the moment is 76kg and I still have a bit to lose but I won’t give up!” Nanga says.
