Nicola Mathias reveals she had no intention on losing any weight, she just wanted to change her eating habits and get healthy to help her husband shed some kilos.

Remarkably, after signing up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she was able to lose 11kg in just 3 months!

Nicola has dropped 11kg in just 3 months and she looks stunning!

Mum-of-three, Nicola was able to drop two dress sizes and is now maintaining her dream body weight!

“I started my healthy eating journey in the beginning of the year sitting on 79.8kg almost 4 months down the road I’ve managed to lose 11kgs in 3months,” she says.
“I had set my mind on going down to 70kgs but I reached my desired weight of 68kgs.”

The Minchinbury-based mum reveals there have been other benefits to losing the weight, her blood pressure was once high but is now normal.

“Physically, I have so much energy now and I feel so much lighter on my feet,” she says. “Overall it’s made me feel so good about myself mentally and what I am able to achieve.”

What’s more, Nicola, 42, is a big fan of The Healthy Mummy’s Tummy Smoothie and she’s also a big fan of the recipes from the Challenge.

“I cooked pancakes with Almond meal and my family loved it. I don’t actually have a favourite but I’m always trying recipes from the app,” she says.

“Meanwhile, I enjoyed the 28 Day Challenge Fit for beginners.”
