Heidi now has a life she wants to be in!
Heidi Joy has gone down from 135kg to just under 70kg in the time she has been doing the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
She urges anyone to stop thinking and join!

In her first three weeks, she lost almost 6kg and it just kept on coming off! A few months later, she joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and has never looked back!
“I have used the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge with my two children and we love doing meal prep. We do little meal prep often and mostly snack prep,” Heidi says of her weight loss journey.
For the first nine months with The Healthy Mummy, Heidi would walk about 5km a day and do the Daily Challenge exercise.
