‘It’s crazy to look back and think how much junk food I ate!’ How this mum lost 33kg
This mum lost more than she ever hoped she would!
After joining theĀ 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges, she has managed to lose an incredible 33kg and 140cm from her body! AMAZING!
She started her journey at 110kg and now weighs a healthy 76kg.

Sally’s story
SallyĀ credits herĀ weight loss success, going from a size 20 to now a size 10-12, to meal prep and making sure she moves her body everyday. She does all this while workingĀ four days a week andĀ juggling being a mum!
The mum-of-threeĀ says sheĀ never realised how big sheādĀ become until her youngest was born in late 2016 and she reveals she ate herĀ feelings after a bad day.
“Itās crazy now to look back on how much junk I ate. It just goes to show how valuable a little guidance with meal planning and food prep can be,” she says.
Sally credits much of her weight loss success to food prep, “I dedicate an afternoon once a week to pre-chopping veggies, meats and making snacks to get us through the week āĀ I cook meals up fresh each night with enough for 1-2 servings of leftovers.”
Taking advantage of the app everyday to do the Challenge exercises, Sally says she also makes sure she goes for a walk or run each day. She’s also found a love of running and just completed herĀ first 10km event. Now she’s aimingĀ to do a half marathon by the end of the year.
