Sascha Farley has lost 33kg by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and she says she has learnt that losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle is all about BALANCE.
In fact, for the last seven months this mama has been working on toning her booty and it looks amazing!
Commitment and consistency
“There’s a good seven months between these pics and I haven’t majorly changed anything or done anything drastic,” says Sascha.
“What I have done is the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, customised meal plans to suit me and my family. Increased my food and stayed fairly consistent while exercising three times a week.”
Sacha says there is no secret or quick fix, that working on your weight loss takes time.
“It takes commitment, good habits and consistency,” she says. “I know that impatient feeling all too well, but I advise women to trust the process.
“I didn’t think I could get here, but I keep on going on and the results eventually come!”
