These 6 new Raspberry Ripple smoothies taste like dessert

1. Coconut Raspberry Apple smoothie

Coconut Raspberry Apple

The delicate flavour of apple goes well with the raspberry to feel like a cake in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 6 ice cubes, to add after initial blending

Method

  • Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend again.
  • 250 calories

2. Choc-Berry Cheesecake

Choc-Berry Cheesecake
Cream cheese and oats make this a cheesecake inspired delight.

Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp oats, plus extra to decorate
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Grated chocolate, to decorate

Method

  • Blend until smooth, decorate with a little bit of grated chocolate and some oats and raspberry pieces.
  • 300 calories

3. Raspberry Ripe smoothie

Raspberry Ripe
Ashleigh says this could also be called the OMG smoothie, ‘because OMG it’s my favourite so far!’

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used coconut almond blend)
  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp coconut
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 1 piece of dark chocolate (optional decoration)
  • Coconut on top (optional decoration)

Method

  • Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle around the cup.
  • Blend together top six ingredients pour into smoothie glass.
  • Blend together raspberries and honey, plop on top. Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
  • 300 calories including the decoration.

4. PBJ Extravaganza

Yes, that’s right, it’s peanut butter and jelly time!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 3 dried dates
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  • Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth.
  • 398 calories.

5. Mango raspberry sorbet smoothie

Mango Raspberry Sorbet
A sorbet style smoothie is a great way to start the day off right, especially when the weather is warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1/2 cup of mango pieces
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 6 cubes ice

Method

  • Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • 250 calories

6. Raspberry pear delight

Raspberry Pear delight
The delicate pear flavours add extra sweetness to the creamy peanut butter and yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raspberry Ripple Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Ice

Method

  • Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • 300 calories
