Shelley Hedley has been using The Healthy Mummy plans and has transformed her body and health and is rocking her bikini body

I couldn’t be happier ! The left photo is me at the start of my journey 19 months ago.

I bought that bikini 6 months into my journey in December 2019, I put it away in the cupboard and that’s where it stayed.

I kept telling myself to get it out and try it on, it’s been over a year, I thought don’t be silly just wait it won’t fit yet.

I’m so glad I did because there’s a huge difference
