This mum made 43 easy breakfast dishes with just 17 small bananas!

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we definitely agree!

So when Sara, who is a mum of three and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member, had some over ripe bananas on her hands, she decided to do some meal prepping and make a load of healthy, kid-friendly breakfasts with them!

Sara says, “I love my Healthy Mummy Smoothies for breakfast but some days I can’t use my noisy blender when I am ready for breakfast.

“I also like to have some quick breakfasts for my girls that aren’t just toast or sugar loaded cereals. So I decided to make a bulk batch of breakfasts with some over ripe bananas.”

“I checked my chosen recipes and their ingredients and the only thing I didn’t have in my pantry was the cauliflower (which I got on special at the local IGA and the rest of it I can use for Kid-Friendly Healthy Macaroni and Cheese.”

Sara adds, “It didn’t take me as long as I thought to make all these and a lot less mess than I thought too, I used the same bowls for all the recipes and to fill my belly and stop too much sampling throughout I had a (you guessed it) a Banana Bread Smoothie, yummo!”
