We love visiting the gang at Studio 10, and this week our Meal Prep Queens Kaitie Purssell and Sascha Farley appeared on the show to demonstrate how EASY meal prep can be!
Along with hosts Sarah Harris, Ita Buttrose and former Geordie Shore star Vicki Pattison, they cooked our yummy Spanish rice with chorizo and talked about how meal prepping changed their lives!
Kaitie and Sascha who lost 21kg and 30kg respectively, owe their weight loss success to meal prepping.
“I signed up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges after having my second born to lose weight but also to save money and time and just get organised,” says mum-of-two Sascha.
“Knowing that you have dinner organised, you’re not making those last minute unhealthy takeaway choices last minute because you’re hungry and don’t have anything organised, especially with young kids,” adds Kaitie, a fellow mum-of-two.
