Mum drops 15kg of weight and gains 4kg of muscle!

It all started with shopping at Kmart for some tops.

Leah was so unhappy with herself and the way she looked, then went home and told her husband she was joining up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. The idea being that she would try it out for a few months and see how she went.

Since November 2016, when she started, Leah hasn’t looked back and has lost 15kg and gained 4kg of muscle!

The right mindset

Leah has the right mindset and is determined to reach her goal weight of 66kg by July this year. She doesn’t put too much emphasis on this goal as her goal of being happy is most important to her.

The mum-of-three says her stomach has been stretched and she want to shred and tone that area. She exercises six days a week and favours the HIIT workouts.

Results!

Leah says, “I save money by doubling the quantity of meals and snacks and have them ready in the freezer. I usually meal prep on a Monday, I always make sure I have a few selection of meals in the freezer so I’m not tempted into unhealthy meals.

“My girls love doing the exercises with me and they love eating healthy they know that mummy loves to exercise it makes mummy happy and I feel amazing.”

Leah adds, “Once I saw results, I wanted more results. Having the right mind set is always a great start, and not giving up.”
