  1. Meal and snack prep

“Set some time aside before the start of each week to meal prep and snack prep. This will help you avoid bingeing on the wrong food when your hungry. Having healthy snack options immediately on hand always helps.”

2. Exercise

“Try to incorporate 30 minutes of exercise into your daily routine. Whether it’s challenge exercises from the hub, or a walk during your lunch break, every little bit helps.”

3. Water is your friend!

“When your hungry, before reaching for a snack, firstly have a glass of water. Dehydration is often confused for hunger. Especially during the summer months make sure you are drinking plenty of water. It has so many health benefits, you’ll be glad you did”
