1. Choc-Raspberry High Fibre Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp The Healthy Mummy Raspberry Ripple Smoothie mix
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk of choice
  • 2 tsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for 5 minutes or until well combined
  • Pour into a glass and serve.
