Your local gym may do sessions, so there’s no need to sign up to a whole new program, but if the gym is not your thing, simply pick up some boxing gloves and focus pads at a sports store and go train in a park around your neighbourhood.

Kristy says to look for gloves with good padding and support around the thumbs, wrists and knuckles.
