Simple and Budget Friendly
Just self-raising flour and natural or Greek yogurt are all you need to make this 2 Ingredient Homemade Pizza Dough. The kids will love mixing this up in a big bowl, kneading it, and then rolling it out the desired shape.
The best part? It’s super budget friendly using kitchen staples and can be whipped up in 2 minutes! You will most likely already have the ingredients on hand so it’s perfect for those extra busy weeks where you can’t seem to get organised! Plus, this recipe is oven AND airfryer friendly.
Make our SUPER easy pizza dough recipe below, roll into 10 mini pizza bases and then add toppings of your choice!
2 Ingredient Pizza Dough
- 1 cup self-raising flour plus extra for kneading
- 1 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and bring together with your hands.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for around 5 minutes until it feels stretchy. Add a little more flour if it seems too wet.
- Use a floured rolling pin to roll the dough out.
Easy Cheezy Mini Pizza Bites
Once rolled out, make the dough into 10 palm sized mini pizza bases and use toppings of choice. Pop into the oven at 180 and bake until golden brown.
Keep things simple by topping with pizza sauce and cheese! Or throw on some ham and pineapple. To save money, just use whatever is leftover spare in the fridge! These are super budget friendly anyway costing under 10 cents a serve!

The sky is the limit with options for toppings depending on what you’ve got in the fridge. Get the kids to make their own combinations to their personal tastes. You could try:-
- Tomato paste, sliced tomato, olives, sliced mozzarella
- Tomato paste, finely chopped red onion, finely diced mushrooms ,a sprinkling of low-fat feta
