Welcome to The Healthy Mummy Fiona Falkiner! Body confidence advocate joins as New Global Ambassador!

We are super excited to announce that the AMAZING Fiona Falkiner is joining The Healthy Mummy Team!

As a model and former The Biggest Loser star, new mum Fiona is the company’s New Global Ambassador. In this role, she will share her own health and wellness journey with her goal to be fit, strong and hopes to inspire other mums to live their healthiest life.

Fiona says, “I can’t wait to kick off my role as The Healthy Mummy Ambassador, as I am so keen to get healthy, fit and strong again after a tough IVF journey and pregnancy, even now more than ever for my beautiful baby and fiance and our wedding in October.”

“I’m not rushing back into weight loss right now, I’m all about being healthy, energized (as much as I can be with a new baby!) and feeling back in control. I’m excited for this next chapter of becoming a Healthy Mummy!”

Fiona’s New Baby Joy

Fiona and her finance Hayley recently welcomed their beautiful baby boy in March of this year and were both completely smitten from the get go!

Following the news of Hunter’s arrival, Fiona shared with Healthy Mummy founder Rhian Allen, we are all doing well in the biggest bubble of love. He is heaven.”

Fiona met and fell in love with journalist Hayley Willis two years ago, and proposed to her after eight months of dating in April 2019. After having what the couple have publicly described as ‘traumatic’ IVF battle, Fiona joyfully fell pregnant after four rounds of IVF and the pair are set to tie the knot in October this year.

Fiona’s Health Goals

While Fiona is loving being a new mum,  she is keen to focus on getting fit and strong with the help of The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

The Healthy Mummy Founder Rhian Allen said: “I am so excited that Fiona has decided to join The Healthy Mummy community for her post baby health and fitness journey.”

Fiona on staying body positive

Fiona first hit our TV screens on an Australian reality weight loss program in 2006, losing a whopping 30kg but almost put it all back on after she came into the limelight, due to emotional eating and anxiety related insomnia.

Since then, the gorgeous reality personality has reached a healthy weight, becoming a body confidence advocate and social media influencer.

Fiona’s IVF Battle

Importantly, Fiona admits that she’s remained body positive despite all the changes her body has gone though with IVF and pregnancy.

Both Fiona and fiance Hayley have made no secret of their IVF battle on their path to parenthood undergoing four rounds to get pregnant. It was so worth it in the end. It really was so tough she tells Rhian. “Hayley and I created a podcast called What The IVF? to share our experience because I felt so alone going through it. It was so beneficial to hear other people’s experience.”

Fiona and Hayley can’t wait to add to their family with Fiona admitting that they’re already planning their second baby! Hayley will start IVF following their October wedding.

Fiona knows only too well how good the food is on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge! While she was heavily pregnant, Rhian Allen did a massive cook-up,  meal prepping 57 main meals for $135 for Fiona’s freezer, in preparation for Hunter’s arrival!
