This mum lost over 20kg in 2 months and still eats 1800 calories!

Introduced to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge by a close friend, Justine joined as a member but did not fully commit.

She says something in her brain just clicked and decided this year was going to be her year and she needed to put herself first.

It paid off and in 2 months and 2 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges later, from 152.5kg to 132kg, she has lost 20.2kg!

Hitting the double digits

“After being stood down at work due to injury I fell into a severe depression, it took me a long time to get back on my feet,” Justine said.

Justine sticks to a 1800 calorie meal plan, swapping meals for ones she can bulk and prep in advance. She also used the  Metabolism Support Formula and The Healthy Mummy Super Greens.

“I try and have at least 1 Healthy Mummy smoothie for breakfast but sometimes will have 2 plus a main meal and snacks,” she says.
