Jacquline Buntsma reveals her weight was ballooning during the Melbourne lockdown but after she signed up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she was able to lose 20kg.

How this mum has lost 20kg and boosted her confidence
This amazing mum-of-one says she’s lost 20kg and dropped two dress sizes, and she’s now aiming to lose 35kg.
“I’m from Melbourne and we were heading into the long six month lockdown and I was heading towards 120kg and I did not want to get to that point,” she says.
“I decided I wasn’t going to let lockdown make me gain anymore weight and that’s when I signed up for Healthy Mummy and I haven’t looked back!
“I have lost 20 kilos so far. I am aiming for 35 kilos.”
Jacqueline feels less breathless and feels more confident
Best of all, Jacqueline has noticed a heap of positive changes with her weight loss.
“I have so much more energy to be able to play with my daughter. I have an all around of just feeling so much better and feeling healthier,” she says.
“I can walk a lot more without feeling breathless, I’m able to feel better when working out, my thighs aren’t touching as much which is massive for me!
“Plus, I have so much more confidence. I’m not so hard on myself as I used to be.”
What a typical day looks like for Jacqueline
Breakfast: A Healthy Mummy smoothie
Snacks: Weet-Bix slice and balls, apple and cinnamon bars, cauliflower
Dinners and lunches: Feta fritters, pork and lettuce cups, beef nachos.
“I do the same four work outs everyday. Real mum work out #4, Tabata core work out, the full body Tabata and the beginner step work out.”
