Quick and Easy Choc Berry Brownie Bites

Not only do these Choc Berry Brownie Bites from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge taste absolutely incredible, they are super easy to prepare and take just 10 minutes to cook!

These gooey brownies use dark chocolate rather than milk, and coconut sugar rather than refined making them a much healthier option than a store bought version. Adding fresh strawberries to the mix gives them a lovely berry twist.

This recipe makes 12, but they can be stored in the fridge or freezer and then reheated easily in the microwave when you are craving a warm decadent dessert!

It’s important when you are on a health and weight loss journey, not to deprive yourself entirely of the treat foods that you love. If you do, you’re much more likely to give up entirely and fall off your weight loss wagon. Instead of cutting out sweet treats completely, opt for healthy recipes you can easily make at home like this one. They’ll satisfy your sweet tooth without ruining your weight loss plans.

The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has heaps of amazing chocolatey desserts and snacks, that are all caloried controlled with whole food ingredients so you can enjoy them guilt free.
