Wowsers! How toned does this mama’s booty look?

Healthy mummy, Lauren Da Silva, has lost an incredible 15kg and toned her bottom – and she says she did it all through the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

“I’ve been a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member now for just over two years,” she says. “I’m a real mum with a real booty – and I LOVE my transformation.”

What’s more, Lauren says she didn’t need to step into a gym to tone her booty. Rather – she worked out…at home with the kids!

“I’ve not stepped inside a gym. My results are completely from doing workouts in my lounge room and garage with my two children at my feet,” she says.

“I follow the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge exercises daily, and I’m loving the Tabata and DanceFit workouts. I also do my own workouts as well. There’s no need for equipment I find.”

Lauren has lost 15kg in SIX MONTHS!

In just six Challenges (6 months) this single-mum-of-two lost 15 kilograms.

“I took the leap to join the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, and I am so happy I did,” says Lauren.

Which I’ve maintained ever since. For so many years I dreaded the arrival of summer, I was never ready for it and always felt so uncomfortable on the beach in my bikini.” 

But this dread is now long gone for Lauren. She says The Healthy Mummy has transformed her body and helped transform her life.

“I had zero confidence. I also had every excuse under the sun as to why I would not succeed in this program,” she says.

“When I read about all the other women who had success with weight loss I thought to myself, she must have someone look after her children while she exercises. Or she must have a personal trainer, or a more supportive husband, or more money.”

But then Lauren joined, and she’s never looked back since.
