“I’m no longer hostage to a life of self-hate” – Mum Nisha

Mum of 4, Nisha says “I was ‘that mum’ that hated herself and her body! Seriously exhausted by life, and all the lemons it had thrown at me.

I was so good at blaming others for my own wrongdoings. Until one day, I decided I needed to stick my head in the sand and own this beautiful chaos.

Being a single mama of four kids my life is insanely busy.

This lifestyle change began for me 16 weeks ago.”

How Nisha turned her life around

Nisha joined the Healthy Mummy program 16 weeks ago and started following the meals and exercises.

She says “I decided to do it in absolute stealth mode. Kicking butt silently…..just in case I failed again.”

Nisha’s Results

“Life is clearer than ever before! I’m genuinely happy in my own skin, and that in itself is priceless remembering it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.

So, hello my name is Nisha and I’m no longer hostage to a life of self-hate.”

“There is a happiness in my heart that I once lacked” – Mum Jinjamarda

“Sometimes looking in the mirror I still feel like that 80kg unhappy, sad, lost and lonely mumma who had no idea who she was.

It takes a lot to dig deep and see past those things you feel that are imperfections to notice the amazing changes you’ve made to your body, inside and out.

To notice that your eyes now sparkle and your skin shines but also that there’s a happiness in your heart that you once lacked.

Healthy is a feeling not just a physical change to your appearance and once you remind yourself of that and think of the things that you can do now compared to back at the beginning of your journey, then you can see past that image in the mirror that is trying to taunt you.

My journey is no longer about what I’ve got to lose, but what I have gained. When I look at comparison photos it’s hard not to see the person I’ve become rather the person who I was who still tries to peek at me through the mirror!”

How Jinjamarda turned her life around

20 months ago Jinjamarda joined The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

She says “Over 15kgs and 113cms later during the 20 months on my journey and I’m still learning new things about myself!

The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meal plans and exercises, as well as, the smoothies, super greens and the metabolism support tablets have all helped to enable me to get to this point.

That doubtful voice in my head is only a faint whisper in my ear these days and is easier to banish thanks to being able to find myself through The Healthy Mummy program”.

“Progress isn’t just what I see, it’s what I feel”. – Mum Eirini

Mum of three, Eirini joined the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge one year ago when she had her third child.

She saysA year of

  • healthy eating
  • enjoying life
  • hard work
  • mental growth
  • A year where I took every opportunity given to me

“I look back and I pat myself on the back for sticking to things that work for me.

For putting myself as a priority. For allowing myself the gift of time.

The first time I joined the Healthy Mummy I just had my second child and was bummed when I didn’t see progress.

But now, after having my third, progress isn’t just what I see. It’s what I feel and what my mind tells me.”
