Andrea says she started The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge eight months ago when her second baby was two weeks old. “The Healthy Mummy has changed my life. I now know that I no longer need to starve myself or do excessive exercise to look good.”

“I feel like The Healthy Mummy is something I can stick to for life as there are healthy alternatives for all of my cravings. I never feel the need to “cheat” or never feel like I’m missing out. In the past eight months, I have lost 23kgs and gone down four dress sizes. I feel amazing! I never thought I could feel this good especially after having two kids!”

Being motivated by others

Andrea says that she now has so much more energy. “I have so much energy now and eat to fuel my body. What got me started on my journey is seeing all the amazing ladies and their transformations so I thought “if they can do it, then so can I”.

Andrea says that she got her inspiration and encouragement from the community of wonderful mums. “I love all the encouragement I receive from the group and how people now see me as an inspiration. That motivates me even more.”
