  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green apple peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp water

Apple Pie Oatmeal For One
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix the chopped apple, cinnamon and water in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until softened.
  3. Mix the oats, milk and egg until well combined, then add the softened apple mix.
  4. Place into single serve ovenproof dishes and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes until brown on top and cooked through.
  5. Optional: serve with a dollop of natural Greek yoghurt.
