This banana cinnamon microwave mug cake is packed full of fibre that will help to keep you fuller for longer making it a great snack to have while you lose baby weight.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup self raising wholemeal flour
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
- 1/3 cup almond milk/ or milk of choice

Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
- Mix the wet ingredients together in a different bowl
- Then combine the two together
- Mix until well combined
- Put into microwave safe mugs
- Put in the microwave for 3-4min until cooked
- If you like you can top with yoghurt and nuts
