  • 1/2 cup self raising wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
  • 1/3 cup almond milk/ or milk of choice

Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
  2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a different bowl
  3. Then combine the two together
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Put into microwave safe mugs
  6. Put in the microwave for 3-4min until cooked
  7. If you like you can top with yoghurt and nuts
