- 125 ml light milk of choice
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp biscoff spread
- 30 gram Caramel Bikkie Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothie
- ice
- 1 Biscoff biscuit crushed
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Ingredients

- Blitz milk, banana, cinnamon, biscoff spread, smoothie mix and ice until smooth. Add more water or milk to thin the mixture to get your desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and set a side.
- Top your smoothie bowl with the crushed biscuit and cacao nibs, then drizzle over the maple syrup.
