These chocolate cashew cups are so easy to make and use only 5 ingredients! They are so delicious and healthy too! Try them these school holidays for a healthy, yummy snack for the kids.
If you don’t want to share them (and we don’t blame you) then make a big batch and hide them in the fridge – perfect for a late night chocolate craving that won’t affect you on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped cashews
Ingredients

- Mix peanut butter and coconut oil until well combined.
- Add maple syrup and cacao and mix well.
- Fold in cashews.
- Divide into 10 serves either in silicon moulds or patty cases and pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Enjoy.
- Keep stored in the fridge.
