- 1/2 cup rolled oats (50 grams)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (50 grams)
- 1 cup medjool dates, fresh (180 grams)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 6 balls and place in the freezer until firm.
- One ball is one serve. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months.
