Just a few minutes, a mug, and 4 ingredients – it really couldn’t be easier. And there’s no flour so it’s perfect for those who are avoiding gluten.

  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Healthy Mummy Kids Chocolate Smoothie mix or use Healthy Mummy chocolate smoothie mix or cacao powder
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Mash banana until smooth, then mix in the peanut butter and chocolate smoothie mix.
  2. Fold through the chocolate chips and then spoon mixture into a microwave safe mug or ramekin.
  3. Place in the microwave for around 1 minute or until cooked through. All microwaves are different so keep an eye on it. You don’t want it to be overdone.
  4. Serve immediately.
