4 ingredient frozen yoghurt and muesli slice

Looking for a super simple way to kick that craving for sweets after dinner? This 4 ingredient slice from 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Erin McCrae is perfect.

Keep it stashed away in the freezer for those moments when you just need something to go with your cup of tea.

There are some good quality muesli brands out there now, but be sure to compare the label as some have substantially less sugar than others.

As part of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, healthy desserts are allowed and recommended every day. There’s no reason to miss out on sweet treats while you lose weight.
