80 calorie raspberry and cacao mini muffins
Yummmmm you can’t beat a muffin for a snack, can you? 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Cassie has sent us this fab little recipe.
Cassie says ‘I’ve created this absolutely delicious mini muffin recipe that is beyond easy to make!
These only lasted a few hours in my house full of boys. Definitely a winner for the fussy eaters and, being nut free, they’re perfect for lunch boxes too.’
Cassie suggests using a silicone mini muffin tray for best results.
Muffins are a popular snack recipe on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge too. Members can access recipes such as Passionfruit Muffins, Wholemeal Choc Chip Muffins, and Pear and Pecan Muffins too.
