1.Choc-Mint Sundae Smoothie
280 calories.

2.Double Choc-Mint Milkshake Smoothie
300 calories.
- 250ml milk of choice
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, choc-mint flavour
- 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips (or cacao powder)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
3.Choc-Minty Banana Smoothie
300 calories.
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, choc-mint flavour
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 6 mint leaves (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
4.Choc-Mint Berry Delight Smoothie
350 calories.

5.Choc-Mint Cheesecake Smoothie
330 calories
- 250ml milk of choice
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, choc-mint flavour
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 1 medjool date
- 10 raw almonds
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
6.Choc-Mint Vanilla Smoothie
300 calories.
- 250ml macadamia milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, choc-mint flavour
- 1/2 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix, vanilla flavour
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 8 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
7.Indulgent Late Night Choc-Mint Hot Chocolate
235 calories.
- 250ml skim milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop choc-mint smoothie powder
- 2 squares of 70% dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp kids smoothie mix (optional)
Add all ingredients except kids smoothie mix to a saucepan. On medium heat whisk until chocolate melts and milk is warmed through.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with kids smoothie powder.
8.Choc-Mint Spice Smoothie
245 calories.
- 250ml macadamia milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop choc-mint smoothie powder
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 medjool date
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1cm piece of fresh ginger
- 8 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
9.Mint Mocha Smoothie
260 calories.
- 250ml skim milk
- 1 scoop choc-mint smoothie powder
- 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp cacao
- 1 tsp coffee
- 1 medjool date
- 8 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
10.Mint Slice Smoothie
335 calories
- 250ml macadamia milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop choc-mint smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- 1 medjool date
- 1 Weet Bix
- 4 macadamia nuts
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 square of chocolate melted for decoration (optional)
- Mint leaves for decoration (optional)
Place all ingredients (except chocolate and mint leaves) into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Top with chocolate and mint leaves if desired.
