Ingredients
  • 250 ml macadamia milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc mint flavour
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/4 banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 7 ice cubes

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
