Ingredients
  • 250 ml milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc mint flavour
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate grated

  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix choc mint flavour
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate grated
Choc Mint Sundae Smoothie
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients (except the dark chocolate) into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top to serve.
