Steph McCullock is one amazing mum! She is smashing her weight loss goals and has hit double digits for the first time in 10 years!
She has been following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and at last, has cleared all her previous issues and conditions.
This year has been Steph’s healthiest year yet. “It is still hard for me to believe that last year I weighed 141kgs and wore size 26,” she says of her weight loss.
Today Steph is an incredible 96kgs and 14-16 in dress size, having lost 45 kgs and 6 dress sizes plus over 150 cms!
“This year I completed the 8km Raw Challenge and won my first fitness challenge (a female category for most muscle gain),” Steph says proudly. “I also played competitive netball and won our division!”
Finally living life to the fullest!
Steph’s weight loss is all about her journey to health and fitness, “It’s a lifestyle now.” The busy mum says it all comes down to preparation and motivation and her biggest obstacle is juggling her busy life.
She makes sure she is always prepared by meal prepping, “I meal prep like crazy! I do fortnightly preps for both lunch and dinners,” Steph says.
