• Source new blog and article ideas for the business that align with our brand messaging
• Constant review of analytics, social measurement tools and website data to look for opportunities to further optimise our blog site
• Support the editorial team by proof reading content and ensuring content is fully optimised with the correct tags, keywords, slugs, meta titles, image descriptions and calls to action
• Schedule posts for distribution throughout our various social media platforms
• Implementation and management of competitions via social media platforms
• Help to manage the content planning schedule and workflow of the team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our images, content and calls to action on the blog are aligned with our overarching marketing objective
• Generate new ideas to help attract, retain and increase audience reach
• Provide reporting to the Marketing Manager and provide ‘best practice’ guidance to the team on a regular basis.

Facebook Ads & Social Media Manager

• Creation and implementation of the entire overarching social media strategy for the business
• Manage the content that goes out via multiple social media platforms
• Provide support to the various page administrators to provide guidance and ‘best use’ strategies at all times
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our images and messaging is aligned with current promotions
• Generate new ideas to help attract, retain and increase audience reach
• Provide reporting to the Marketing Manager and provide ‘best practice’ guidance to the team on a regular basis.
