I took out a 12 month Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge membership back in June 2018 when I decided it was finally time to put myself first……after spending 7 years growing or feeding babies and becoming reliant on food for comfort.

I’ve felt slightly disheartened because my initial loss was so much bigger in a shorter time! BUT When I look at these pictures above I can see how far I’ve come in 12 months and know I’m in this for life!

Wow! Zoe has lost 30kg in just 6 months. July 2019 – December 2019

She says “I was so tired of years of yo-yo dieting. Tired of struggling to get up in the morning, struggling to keep up with my three year old, struggling to find clothes that I loved and that fitted.

Fa’asega says “If you told me November 2018 when I began my journey that in the next few months: I wouldn’t have to buy an outfit from the plus size range; I wouldn’t have worry about Tummy Tucker underwear and that I wouldn’t have to worry about buying something that covered all the parts of me that I did not like and that instead I would be wearing a little white dress and weigh 42kg lighter, I would have told you you’re crazy.

Jo says “41 kilos down in under 12 months and I have been maintaining that for over 2.5 years! I’m living the healthiest life I can now and after being overweight my whole life I’m the fittest ever at age 42!

To think that for many years I hid my legs in size 18 wide leg jeans, track pants or PJ pants, and now I’m wearing and fitting into size XS bright pink 7/8 leggings!

I have stage one Lipoedema in my legs and from following the Healthy Mummy 28 Challenges and exercising, I have managed to significantly reduce my legs!

I feel empowered, well supported and the most confident since finding the support groups and signing up in April 2016!

Manuela Bu has been using The Healthy Mummy weight loss plans and has TRANSFORMED her health and body.

Manuela is a 55-year-old mum of four amazing kids, her youngest of which has cystic fibrosis which on top of her own health issues has made life challenging at times.

“Life became extremely tough and challenging due to illness and I became engulfed by it all and my weight ballooned to 114.7kg. At the end of 2019, I had this uncomfortable feeling that I wasn’t going to see my next birthday if things didn’t change and that’s when I came across Stephanie’s journey on The Healthy Mummy, so I bit the bullet and joined.

My mind was ready to fight because I was scared.
