12 awesome tips to help you jazz up your Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
1. Healthy Apple Pie Breakfast Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 Pink Lady apple peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup natural greek yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup skim milk

Blend all ingredients at high speed until well combined.

2. Refreshing Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup of cubed cucumber (if not frozen, also add 6-8 ice cubes)
- Few good shakes of nutmeg
- drizzle honey
- dash of vanilla essence
- 2 tbl sp Healthy Mummy Vanilla Smoothie mix
- 200ml milk (I alternate between almond or skim milk)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together, slurp and enjoy!
3. Late Brekkie Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ice

Add all ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth

Pour into glass to serve

Add a sprinkle of chia seeds and drizzle of honey on top for decoration
4. Creamy Carrot Cake Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Vanilla
- 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- 5 cubes ice

Combine all ingredients together in a blender

5. Citrus Wake Me Up Smoothie
- 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 1 x small orange
- 1 x lemon
- Pulp of 1 x passionfruit
- 1/2 a banana
- 100ml of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend for 2-3 minutes
6. The Belly Fat Busting Smoothie
A Healthy Mummy Smoothie with ingredients designed to target tummy fat…HOORAY!
Studies indicate that eating grapefruit can reduce insulin levels.
Lower insulin levels after meals can help your body process food more quickly and efficiently. This means that you burn more calories and store less fat around the tummy.
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- ½ red grapefruit peeled
- ½ cup mixed frozen berries
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml filtered water
Instructions
Blend for 2-3 minutes and serve.
7. Snickers Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana (can use pears also)
- 200 mls milk of your choice
- 2 scoops Healthy Mummy Chocolate or Vanilla smoothie mix
- 1 Tbs natural peanut butter
- 1-2 Tbs rolled oats
- cinnamon to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Whiz it all together and enjoy!
8. Shortbread Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Caramel
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Vanilla
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 300ml water
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend on high speed until well combined.
9. Banana Nut Healthy Mummy Smoothie Recipe
- 250 ml coconut water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Lots of ice
- Optional Extra: Add 1 large handful of baby spinach for extra iron!

Place all ingredients in your blender

Blend on high for 2-3 mins

Top with crushed nuts (optional)

10. Piña Colada Smoothie
- 250 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix vanilla
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Lots of ice

Blend all ingredients on high speed for 2 minutes, and then serve.

11. GUILT-FREE Salted Caramel Smoothie
Made with all-natural ingredients combined with the Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix.
This smoothie tastes indulgent yet can be added to your healthy eating plan to help you lose weight.
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbs Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1/4 avocado
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 handful ice

Mix all ingredients in a blender

Top with whipped coconut cream and a date sauce. (Date sauce is just a couple of dates, boiled with some water on the stove to soften, then processed together)
12. Tim Tam Smoothie
- 3 dates soaked
- 1 wheat biscuit
- 1 tbsp Pure Harvest Coco2 spread
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice alter for desired thickness
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Blend all ingredients for at least 3-4 minutes.

Add coconut cream to the top of the smoothie, then drizzle maple syrup on top
