An easy to prepare bliss ball recipe with a great flavour combination. Store a batch in the fridge or freezer so you always have healthy snacks on hand.
These Choc Almond Bliss Balls are 78 calories per serve. This recipe is available to members on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Carrot and Zuchinni Cakes made into muffins x 12 serves
While it’s still what you might call a ‘sometimes’ food, this cake is higher in fibre and lower in added sugar than most pre-made options. Instead of making it as a cake, Natasha has made it as muffins instead.
These muffins are 203 calories per serve.
Lentil Soup x 5 serves
This high fibre soup provides a gentle and natural way to reduce belly bloating and cleanse your digestive systems. This soup is 357 calories per serve.

Natasha’s 3 top tips for meal prepping and planning
1. Prepare your snacks for the week ahead of time
This makes it easier to have healthy snacks on hand in the freezer.
2. Bake double batches
Double your recipes and make extra so you can store in the freezer. It comes in handy for grab and go snacks when you time poor.
3. Customise your meal plan to repeat snacks
That way you spend less time in the kitchen by making big batches.
Natasha’s INCREDIBLE 30kg weight loss story
