“Before finding The Healthy Mummy in 2014, I was a typical yo-yo dieter.

“I tried so many low-calorie programs, but while I’d initially lose weight, I gained it all (plus an extra 20kg) in a couple of months,” says Melanie.

“It was by chance that I read about The Healthy Mummy in an online forum, and the rest is history!”

1. You can eat whatever you like
