1. Choc orange cheesecake smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250 of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (25gm) of Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1 tbs low fat cream cheese
  • 8 walnuts
  • 1tbs rollled oats
  • 1 thick slice of orange rind off
  • 1tsp cacao

Method:

  1. Use a blender to mix the smoothie mix with the almond milk (1-2 minutes).
  2. Add the cream cheese along with the walnuts and rolled oats to blender. Blend for another minute.
  3. Pour into glass and sprinkle the orange rind and cacao on top of smoothie.

2. Choc orange and almond smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1tbs rolled oats
  • 1tbs cream cheese
  • 10 almonds
  • 1tsp of cacao
  • 8 ice cubes
 Method:
  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into glass.
  2. Sprinkle top with a little cacao and some chopped almond slither (optional).

3. Choc orange brownie smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1/2 weetbix
  • 5 walnuts
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1tbs natural yoghurt
  • 1tsp cacao nibs for decoration (optional)
  • 8 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients (except the cacao nibs) and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cacao nibs and enjoy.

4. Choc orange exotic spice smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbs rolled oats
  • 1tbs low fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cacao
  • 8 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients (minus cinnamon and grated nutmeg) to blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and grated nutmeg.

5. Choc orange espresso smoothie

  • 250ml skim milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1tsp of cacao
  • 1tbs rolled oats
  • 1tbs natural greek yoghurt
  • 1 medjool date
  • 8 ice cubes
  • Cacao nibs and instant coffee for decoration (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs and instant coffee (optional).

6. Choc orange banana

  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc Orange Smoothie Mix
  • 1 tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tbs natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 frozen  banana
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 6 ice cubes

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs and top with a slice of banana.

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 40 gm frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbs natural geek yoghurt
  • 8 almonds
  • 1tsp cacao
  • 4 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glass and decorate with cacao nibs. Enjoy!
